While we want to leave the make-up picking to the pros, we sure know a thing or two about keeping the skin clean and happy. So that’s going to be our focus here.

What's something that every woman wants in terms of beauty? A perfectly soft skin, beautiful nails and no wrinkles for as long as it can be. Here are some of our personal picks to help you achieve all that.

Home Spa needs

Going to the spa, especially since we live in a new reality now, post-Covid, might not be the perfect thing to do, or maybe you’re just an introvert like me who loves privacy. 

Whatever the case, having a few spa kits in your home is vital, especially if you are having a hard time looking after yourself because you’re so busy taking care of everyone else.

They’re not only gorgeous looking and very nicely scented, but they’re also a great reminder of what you need to do for yourself, at least once in a while, if not weekly. And the DIY face mask kit? Godsent, with the proper recipe!

Draw a hot lavender-scented bubble bath, grab a book, or simply close your eyes, relax and listen to an interesting podcast.

Perfumes

One of the most “dangerous weapons” in a lady’s arsenal is her scent, don’t you think? And if you give your natural fragrance an “upgrade” with perfume, you’ll be invincible… if you want to.

The following items are what we like to call “great finds”, as they are fairly priced, and offer variety as well. You know, so you don’t get bored.

Accessories

When it comes to accessories, you have to be delicate. You wouldn’t want to overdo it with a ring if it’s not the case or underdo it with a pin (unless you know she’s mad about them and would LOVE one).

You want to keep it simple, but meaningful. That’s why we recommend these:

We all know that women read more than men in general. It’s true that since the invention of the audiobook, men started reading more, and they almost surpassed us, but when it comes to physical books, we still have the crown.

We especially enjoy holding them when it comes to books that can help us improve ourselves, mind, body and soul. And fascinating tales about crimes, but let’s focus on the personal development part for today, specifically couple’s life. We are in the month of love, after all.
