Today we are one day closer to our Easter Holliday this year, so if you are like us, away from the family and moms and grandmoms and are forced to cook your menu by yourself, here are 5 amazing ideas you can try, besides the colored eggs.The recipes I found are very similar to what I usually cook during the holidays, Easter or Christmas. Why? Because they are absolutely DELICIOUS, quite easy to make and everybody loves them! For this year I have selected 5 of the easiest recipes I could find out there that you should definitely try, even if you are new in the kitchen. You will not need a ton of expertise on how to make these, just your trusty kitchen cooking essentials that we previously talked about.Are you ready? Let's get started!

This recipe is simple, easy to make and it is a must for your Easter menu. All you need are boiled eggs, an avocado, and some seasoning. It doesn't require incredible cooking knowledge and skill.Oh, and they are deliciousssss!

You need to try this soup! For us, this is a must, must, must! Being away from home this year, this will bring us a bit closer to our loved ones, even though we will not be there to celebrate Easter together. This recipe is easy, it doesn't take a lot of time o do it and trust me, everyone loves it!
