It’s amazing how happy Halloween makes Andy and I, even if we were born and raised in Transylvania and (*reality alert!) it wasn’t such a big thing here, as it is in the US and UK, for example.

But Halloween always had a great significance for us, because it’s the reason we first met, 8 years ago. You see, in our hometown, the nightlife was crazy back in the day, and on occasions like Halloween, there were parties for adults (not kids) in every bar and club around town.

We were supposed to be at the same party that night, but because I spent the good part of 2 hours getting ready, getting my make-up on point, and fixing my hair, I wasn’t going to let the rain that was pouring like mad ruin my work just go to where he was.

But one of our common friends was.

And he was wearing one of my sluttiest (and favourite to this day) dresses, because he wanted to be the sexiest low-end escort there is, lol.

With the use of his girlfriend at the time, we fixed him up, dressed him from head to toe, make-up, wig on, the works. And, feeling like the gorgeous glamazon that he was for a night, he went cruising through the entire town and hitting every spot where there was a party.

When he got to Andy’s party, our glamazon was ambushed by a very, very drunk Andy that almost ripped my dress of him. And when our glamazon got back to my party, I thought he looked like he was attacked by a tornado.

Then and there I swore REVENGE for my almost destroyed dress, by doing something very evil: shaving Andy’s long hair.

I didn’t even know who he was at that point, all our glamazon told me about him is that he’s a work colleague and that he’s a long-haired guy.

But oh, I was so mad!

Who knew that when I actually went to get my revenge, I would be swept off my feet and forget anyone else existed?

Yes, lovely dreamers, for me it was love at first sight. For him, well… not so much.

It’s not that he didn’t like me when he finally met me, it’s that he was so busy with alcohol the first time we met that he doesn’t remember even seeing me there. (plus, I was so taken away that I totally forgot about my revenge and just sat there! Oops…)

Those were indeed simpler times.. No Covid, no stress… just fun!

And now, the years have passed, our love for each other got bigger, as well as our fondness for Halloween, costumes, crazy make-up, props and now, in 2020, adult Halloween face masks of course.

Staying safe this year is definitely a priority (more on this later, don’t want to spoil it now), so of course, we want to upgrade our mask collection by adding some Halloween themed ones.

And because we love sharing good news and fun things of all types, we must share the best of the best with you guys!
